Yesterday I did sudo apt full-upgrade. I thought that with this upgrade the problems could be solved, because there were also firmware parts included. The first attempt was promising but after about an hour the watchdog timeout happened again. Every further attempt ended after about 10 minutes. I made all attempts outdoors. The temperature was somewhere between 3 and 4 degrees Celsius
