you can design that yourself using pogo pins. Note that DSI is not designed for this so you might see issues...
[bonus section]
The Platonic Ideal of this scenario would be to use something like this magnetic connector https://www.adafruit.com/product/5413. Just imagine 3 standalone camera modules - a screen, a computer, and a camera - each with their own magnetic connector. Each has their own 3D printed enclosure and everything just magnets together. Swap out camera, add a bigger screen, whatever - as long as its cool and modular.
you should have been able to google this yourself[context]
I am building a camera with a Pi5, a 7inch display, and a Camera Module 3: so far so good - it can take pictures.
One thing I've come to realize is that I'm not really a fan of connecting/disconnecting DSI cables. Furthermore, I also want to mess around with different cameras and screen and 3D print a camera body to take it outside and shoot some street photos with it.
[the actual question]
Is there some sort of male-female adapter that could act as a bridge between two DSI connectors? And has anyone done this already?

Another option is to make use of https://www.arducam.com/product/arducam ... k-2-1-set/
NOTE: CSI and DSI are not hot pluggable!
