Thanks for your info. I've read most of the replies in the above post. It helps a lot. And we‘ve done some AI performance tests with Pi5 + Hailo 8L.Pi5 PCIex1 doesn't meet PCI Gen3 jitter specification.
Anyhow, you can follow the same approach as RPT when specifying the HAILO accelerator :

As long as you - Seeed Studio and/or ASMedia - will do the same then there is the possibility of claiming such a HAT 'Gen3 qualified'. If there is a market for this --> up to you to figure out!

Pose estimation:
gen2.0 pi5+hailo: 33.9fps 6.9w hailo Hailo core temperature 52℃.
gen3.0 pi5+hailo: 65.3fps 8.2w hailo Hailo core temperature 59℃.
We also tested the energy consumption and frame rate of the same demo on Jetson, CM4+Hailo. We will do more tests later and publish a blog.
