Raspberry Pi OS • Issues with VNC on Raspberry Pi 4

I am using a Raspberry Pi 4B and I am experiencing issues with VNC. Specifically, the file transfer functionality is not working. After installing the latest OS from the official website and completing all updates and upgrades, I enabled VNC via raspi-config. However, the VNC icon does not appear in the top-right corner of the screen. When I run VNC, it connects but the file transfer option is disabled and doesn't work. I sought help from ChatGPT, but couldn't resolve the issue.

To explain in more detail, both WayVNC and VNC server try to use port 5900 at startup, causing a conflict. Even when I change the ports for both, the VNC server will not connect if something else is using port 5900. Even after changing the ports, VNC server fails to find the X server on vt1 or vt7. I tried installing xorg and eliminating warning logs from the VNC server, but the file transfer still doesn't work.

ChatGPT provided some configuration guidance, but it seemed different from the settings available on Raspberry Pi 4, with many options missing. Lastly, I used an SD card from my Raspberry Pi 3, and while it worked well and even handled long code without issues, the VNC icon still didn't appear in the top-right corner and file transfer didn't work. Can someone help me resolve this issue? Thank you!
