Analog audio uses PWM . If you want to use analog audio and PWM for the fan you will have to use PWM from GPIO12 i.e. But that requires you to change and recompile the overlay as I've not added overrides.

In my case it is not necessary, I do not use analog audio.

But as I mentioned in the previous post, I thought that by having the Audio via HDMI forced, the analog audio was not used, it turns out that not...

What seems curious to me is that it raises the analog audio only when logging in...
