Kind of embarassing to ask such a basic question but I've tried searching and even more recent results just say Ctrl-Alt-D, which does not work. One guide to keyboard shortcuts pointed to a menu option for defining shortcuts that doesn't exist so I'm at a loss. I'm using the latest version with a Pi 5 fwiw.
