Heat dissipation is good. Probably won't even need an extra heat sink. The QFN-60's junction to ambient thermal resistance is listed at 40.542 C/W iin the datasheet, I assume on a Pico 2-like board. If using 85C, with a delta of 60C you'd need about 1.5W to hit that upper limit -- probably can only be done with the GPIO pads heating the die. Processor core(s) at 600 MHz are too small to blow the chip up... ![Very Happy :D]()
