- A "powerful"/"quality" multi-USB phone charger to feed at least the first three devices.

That should work, but check the power budget.

- An "expensive" (around here) Pi-5 power brick to feed the 4 SBCs by chopping off it's plug and splitting the power through a terminal block.

That won't work (easily). The current will be limited to 3A unless there is a successful PD negotiation for more. None of your devices will do that.

- Build myself a "hub" that would use a retail power adapter like (i.e.) a 65W notebook charger that would feed some of these modules fitted inside a metal/plastic case:

Reg. 0.5-30v, 4amps, 50 watts.


Quickcharge QC4.0 PD3.0, 60 watts module.


Buck module, 5V, 5Amp, 25Watts. 4 Outlets

That is possible (don't try the Quickcharge module, too many pitfalls).

Personally, I would use a dual rail (5/12V) as above.

In all cases, check the worst-case 5V current requirement and the actual current available from the PSUs at 5V.
