That won't work (easily). The current will be limited to 3A unless there is a successful PD negotiation for more. None of your devices will do that.- An "expensive" (around here) Pi-5 power brick to feed the 4 SBCs by chopping off it's plug and splitting the power through a terminal block.
That is possible (don't try the Quickcharge module, too many pitfalls).
Personally, I would use a dual rail (5/12V) as above.
In all cases, check the worst-case 5V current requirement and the actual current available from the PSUs at 5V.
