Troubleshooting • Stuck at the Welcome Page

Hi, everyone. This is my first time working with a Raspberry Pi, and I’m running into an issue with my Raspberry Pi 4. After I boot it up, it gets stuck on the welcome page. I’m a beginner, so I might be missing something simple. Can anyone guide me on how to fix this or what steps I should take next?
