It sounds like it might be a power supply issue.

It's amazing how many problems posted on here turn out to be caused by inadequate power supplies.

I would suggest that you order the official power supply. These are cheap and reliable.
That's a proper PSU being used, a specific Pi5 one, PD 5A capable.*
GeekPi make a lot of addons that are decent.

You could monitor with
vcgencmd pmic_read_adc
keep that going and someone may notice if a voltage (or current) is off.
It does not show PSU supply current though.



*it doesn't mean it's not failing though.
How could i run that vcgencmd if i have no time to run it and the Pi 5 force-shuts down after around 3-4secs
