It's an older version but just says 22.5W on it. But I really doubt if he needs 5 amps. By scaling back the clock you can get a Pi5 to use less current, and no spec on the servo needs given.Since you have one, can you post the specified output voltage/current values listed? I doubt 5V/5A is supported.Whilst I don't use it with a Pi5, I use that power bank as emergency power on several high current applications - unlike some it can charge and discharge at the same time and has been reliable in the middle of fields for several years.
But obviously up to you whether to buy one or not.
