Try adding below to cmdline.txt (add it to the beginning, it's a single line only!).i've experienced a firmware incompatibility with one of my NVMe on Pi5. Drive was running perfectly fine on CM4, but did not show up on Pi5. Was abke to fix that by updating the NVMe FW.Code:
nvme_core.default_ps_max_latency_us=2500
Message in your log looks power state related, that's what above command takes care of (avoiding that drive enters lowest power state).
