There are no Samsung cards that implement A2 properly. The quirk for 2023 dated cards is obsolete as there's now (in rpi-update, and soon apt) a global filter on everything but known-good cards, unless the sd_cqe dtparam is modified as per the listing in /boot/firmware/overlays/README
