That all sounds right.- Reimage RPiOS and configure SSH at this step ('enable ssh' checkbox + specify [username]/ [pswd])
- Boot the RP (waiting at least 10' to be sure), connected to the PC screen and to my Router.
- I'm on Windows, I read I can use powershell... so I'll do ssh [username]@[IP address]. IP I'll get from my Router.
- Run the command(s) you gave me raspinfo | pastebinit
You can enable/disable ssh at run time using the Raspberry Pi Configuration tool (from taskbar menu of desktop). Enabling it when flashing image is also fine.
You can use the working screen to identify the IP address (hover mouse over network icon on desktop task bar shows it).
You may find "ssh pi@raspberrypi.local" works if you don't know the IP address (assuming you have left the Pi's hostname as default, and your router handles the name discovery).
