No way.. tried now and with these instructions I get a small "cutted window" (corresponding to 480x320) on a 1920x1080 output which makes text totally unreadable..
I am curious to understand why it did work on your system..

I am very sorry. I have misunderstood your problem. I thought the monitor you are using had a native 480x320 resolution.

I also tried to modify the following settings in mnt/boot/config.txt

- disable_fw_kms_setup
- disable_overscan
- display_auto_detect
from 1 to 0

but nothing changes..

I don't think any of those setting will help. Again sorry to waste you time.
