That 'machine' is a built-in part of MicroPython so it seems you aren't interacting with your Pico, more likely a desktop Python which won't have that module.And more importantly "machine" was available by default in Thonny, and must be on my computer somewhere, but how do I find it?
No idea how to change that. I have never used PyCharm.
