Beginners • Network connection, two raspberry and WiFi AC

Hello,

My goal is to connect two Raspberry together with an Ethernet cable. One of them should act as a Wifi Access point (so I can connect to it with a phone).

How should I proceed, to be able to communicate with my phone with the Raspberry Pi, which is not configured as a Wifi AC?
