Thanks, I tried the sdm-cryptconfig script, and at the end of the day, it worked. Now I can compare the script and it's results with my own process.
I faced two issues with the sdm-cryptconfig:
- I flashed the latest image with the RaPi Imager, but still, if I didn't do a full system upgrade, the sdm-cryptconfig failed in a similar way (strange iniramfs) as my own process.
- after the first iniramfs round, after exiting the initramfs, I entered into the console. I restarted the RaPi manually, and the decryption didn't work. It turned out I should have waited 5-10 seconds in the console, I restarted too early, and some post-processing script couldn't run. My bad Image may be NSFW.
