amd64 would be an x86-64 platform, not arm or arm64.6.12.9+bpo-amd64
Jeff's wiki of PCIe devices tested on CM4/Pi5 is generally the best place to check.

Both appear to say that they have had it working on Pi5, but not CM4. You've not said which variant of Pi you're trying to use.
