Just 'CMakeLists.txt' and the source files are all I need to build under VS Code when not using the VS Code Extension so I'm not sure why it wants something in the './build' folder which shouldn't need to exist.I recently upgraded to version 2.1 of the SDK and the Visual Code builder for Windows. I used to be able to delete the build directory and just keep the CMakeLists.txt, my source and the .vscode folder that had launch.json and settings.json to use the debugger. If I do that with the new system, it complains that build/build.ninja is missing.
